We are living through a time of profound personal and collective change. Many people are navigating shifts in identity, vocation, community, spirituality, and relationship, while also responding to larger social and ecological transformations.
During such times, our ancestors can become powerful allies.
Our ancestors lived through migrations, cultural upheavals, environmental changes, periods of uncertainty, and moments that required adaptation and resilience. They carry stories, skills, gifts, and wisdom that can help us navigate the challenges and opportunities of the present moment.
Ancestral tending is the practice of cultivating conscious relationships with the ancestors whose lives, choices, gifts, and experiences continue to shape us. Through these relationships, we can receive support for healing inherited burdens and patterns that may limit our ability to fully embody our gifts, deepen our connection with the living Earth, and move forward with greater clarity and support..
